Return Time Limit
You have 15-day from the date of delivery to decide if an item is right for you. Please contact us within this period to initiate a return.
Return Policy
Request Authorization: Contact Customer Service via our website with your order number, item name(s), and reason for return.
Wait for Instructions: Our team will review your request and email you the return address and shipping instructions. Do not ship the item before this step.
Ship Your Return: Once approved, pack the item securely and mail it to the provided address.

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason:

In the rare case of a confirmed size or quality issue, please contact us. While a full refund is not available, we may, at our discretion, offer a resolution such as an exchange or a partial refund.
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, resalable condition:
l Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
l Undamaged, with no stains or odors
l With all original tags and labels attached
We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
Additional Fees
- 2–3 items returned: 15% restocking fee.
- 4+ items returned: 30% restocking fee.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that ordering a dress is an important decision . Since most items are made-to-order, cancellation is time-sensitive.- Within 24 hours: 95% refund + shipping fee
- 24–72 hours: 80% refund + shipping fee
- 72–120 hours: 50% refund + shipping fee
- After 120 hours: Shipping fee only
- Once shipped: Cannot be cancelled
Shipping & Fees
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We do not accept Freight Collect (FTC) returns.
We are not liable for return packages that are lost, damaged, or detained by customs during transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred during the return process.
Important Policies
Customization & Order Policy: All customized items (including custom sizes or colors) are final sale and strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Additionally, we do not accept orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple items to keep only one. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect such intent.
Proof of Return: Please retain your return shipping receipt and tracking number. If a return is lost in transit and cannot be recovered, a refund cannot be issued.
Refused Deliveries: We do not accept refused deliveries. If a package is refused by the recipient, only 40% of the order value will be refunded. If you wish to return an item, you must accept the delivery and then contact us to initiate a formal return.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
